Sitting at my desk is probably the worst thing I can do for my health. Granted I need to move my body more and go for walks, but standing at my desk is better than sitting. That’s for sure!
I find this so weird. I don’t have much of a problem going to events and being extroverted but when it comes to Zoom calls, I always dread them until I’m on them, then I’m fine.

One of those days. Tummy doesn’t like me much. Damn Mounjaro! But it’s needed so I put up with the tummy aches in the AM.
What’s so strange is that they subside almost all the time by noon. So strange.
